Full livery and good hacking in South Hertfordshire

Hi there. Can anyone recommend a good stables with full livery in the southern part of Hertfordshire (Hertford, St Albans, Stevenage, etc.) with good hacking, preferably where you don't need to ride on the road to get to the bridleway? Also, not madly expensive either if at all possible. I know that I am asking for a lot. Many thanks indeed for any assistance.
