Full Livery (Eventing) - Surrey/Hampshire/West Sussex

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for livery yards in the Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex areas (ideally within 1 hour from Wimbledon). I’m looking for full livery though no riding required, all year individual turnout (can just be for a few hours), floodlit arena, indoor school would be ideal but not a dealbreaker and good hacking. I event so preferably a yard with some eventing interest and somewhere that’s not too big.

I’ve got a few in mind so if anyone has any views on the following it would be great to hear them – feel free to DM me.

Kate Tarrant, Littleton Manor
Fiona Kashel, Ponds Equestrian
Harry Dzenis, Mayor House Farm
Annie Forsyth, Loxwood

Kate tarrant - she does have a slightly dodgy reputation but think that’s more to do with selling horses! Littleton is a nice place but facilities are open to hire so it is constantly busy and you wouldn’t be allowed in the arenas if hired by someone else.

Fiona Kashel - nice rider, lovely yard and a few of the people she teaches a quite good riders

Harry dzenis- don’t know him but have hired their arena and it is beautiful!! Great hacking although the driveway up to the yard used to be terrible
