Full Livery /Professional block to let Henley in Arden, Wotton

Hi all, Just a quick bit of research - I am looking at purchasing a yard 3 miles from Henley in Arden near to Wotton Waven / Little Alne and wanted to check out the demand in the area, could you let me know if the below would be of interest to anyone?

Yard would be full livery (planning restriction) £95/week with possibility of renting out one block to a professional (4-8 stables). Hunter / competition livery would also be available.

Facilities to include 40x20 indoor with Andrew Bowens surface, horse walker, summer sj paddock, american barn stabling, paired or individual large paddocks, horse shower and solarium, secure and heated tack / rest room with kitchen + miles of hacking through private woodland.

Hiya I live in the area, good luck with your move and hope your business goes well.
Your facilities sound fantastic, however everyone I know is DIY or requires assisted DIY. (myself included) A good yard with great facilities and can offer good hacking and offers the above is like hens teeth in this area.

All sounds good and there are a lot of people on that area who hunt so Hunter Livery might be successful. I agree with GW, I know other FL yards in area and the ones with access restrictions aren't as popular as the ones who don't have them. After all a livery contemplating FL probably does so due to long/odd working hours and paying that kind of money can reasonably expect to turn up when it suits them not you.
