Hi I've just moved to the area and would like to move my horses closer to home. So I'm looking for a nice livery yard within 20 minute drive.

I need full livery with the option of schooling/exercising during the week, ideally with a 20 x 60 arena and nice hacking. I would prefer a smaller yard but wouldn't rule a larger busier yard out. (Not asking for much eh! Lol)

Having a look at the map the main areas to search are Cudham, Knockholt, Chelsfield, Eynsford, Keston, West wickham etc

All advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

It seems to be a bit of a challenge to find this kind of yard round here so I'm will consider somewhere that offers a full/part livery service if it has great facilities.

Anyone?

Cacketts in Cudham
Glenfield in Cudham
Preston Farm in Shoreham
Pullens on the A21 between Chelsfield and Orpington
Tanglewood Farm in Chelsfield (find Staceytanglewood on here)
Cheslfield Equestrian Centre does schooling

This area is a nightmare! Lots of yards with people who haven't got a clue. There is nowhere I'd trust to exercise my horse but depends how critical you are I guess. I keep mine at a private yard now and keep a constant eye on things (no room here though)

Thanks for replying I have checked out a few a couple are ok but it's finding people I trust to exercise my horses that I am struggling with.

I'm not precious but one is a big sensitive warmblood who would not deal with being bullied and the other a cheeky Irish who I'm not as concerned with as he would just buck them off if they were rough with him!
