Ordered a rug (shouldn't have, but couldn't resist the words Rug Rummage!) and a couple of Christmas presents at 11.30 yesterday morning. All arrived at 10.15 this morning. Lovely quality too. Thought they deserved a compliment!

Always found them to be really good too :). I had to order loads of stuff when I got Shy, and they were fab, especially when I had to return a rug - I ordered 4"6 instead of 5" 6. Felt like a right prat. Only wish they'd open a megastore up here really. It's helpful to see posts complimenting these companies, as it is so damned confusing who to use. sm x

I have always found Rideaway very good. No complaints at all about Robinsons when I've used them.

Good to hear good reviews of deliveries/customer service :D :D

I've used them in the past, but not for a while. Just ordered a pair of boots from them and the p&p was free! Not sure when they're due to arrive, but fingers crossed :D

I have never had any bother with ordering from Robinsons.
The items always come when specified too.

It's nice to know others are complementing Robbies as there are other companies that i won't order through again due to sending wrong orders out & waiting an age for delivery.

XxX

They can all be very good on a good day, and very bad on a bad day! My worst one with Robinsons was three months wait and numerous phone calls! DH was nearly as bad. Then I've also had overnight deliveries too! You just have to cross your fingers and hope you got them on a good day!

Normally would agree with you but I'm peeved with Robinsons this morning because last night the item I wanted wouldn't order (wasn't out of stock, just wouldn't order) and this morning when I phoned it HAD gone out of stock by then! I must admit they are usually very good so makes it even more annoying when things go wrong!! :-p

Well I am less of a fan. For delivery to France, Ride-a way is my first choice. A big parcel costs me £14 and I can get a lot - several rugs, bottles of conditioners, shampoos etc.

I recently bought two Amigo rugs from Robinsons because Ride-away did not have the size in stock not only were they much more expensive they charged me £17 for delivery AFTER a deduction of £4.95 for an order over £100.

Last year my husband called into the store to buy a yearling rug - I nearly died when I saw the bill which was if I remember about £15 more than other suppliers.
