There is a single stable on offer at the livery yard I'm at, so I thought I'd post it up on here to see if I could drum up some interest!
The stable on offer is suitable for horses or ponies up to 14hh and is the last one out of a block of five purpose-built stables at a private yard, built by the owner two years ago to sustain her absolute love of horses. The yard is a little slice of tranquility that's completely tucked out of sight but very close to the entrance of Almondell Country Park, near Broxburn, where there's an absolute wealth of hacking to be done. The facilities include a secure tack room/feed room, a grass arena and summer and winter grazing areas. Hay and straw are provided, but the yard's biggest credit is the owner herself as she is happy to cater to your horses every need. It's also worth noting that the grazing is fantastic for good doers/native ponies as we have had our very colic-prone Highland Pony grazing out all day since we moved him there and there's not been a single case of him coming in gassy or bloated.
In terms of cost, it will be around the £170pcm mark for assisted DIY - if you are interested in full livery or want more information, please please drop me an email at craigjameshenderson@yahoo.co.uk to let me know and I can find the cost.
