Full / part livery in Cheshire with plenty of grazing

Can anyone recommend good yards in cheshire (Warrington, Knutsford, Northwich areas), I am looking for:
Part / full livery
Plenty of grazing (ideally overnight in summer or long days can't bear my horse being stuck in from 4pm on sunny days!)
Great hacking (ideally access to off road)
Good school
Good fencing
Experienced staff with good horse sense!
My perfect yard would offer a full livery service where the horses could live out for most of the year, but I can live with stabling if the horses are out for most of the day in winter and do long days out in summer.
Any suggestions gratefully appreciated

Hi,

I can only offer full livery and our horses are allowed out overnight and can be brought in during the day, however winter turnout starts at the end of October and then it's just out in the day, but it is everyday for the full day, as we are on sand based land, we get no muddy fields and can turnout 365.

Our own off road lake side hack.
