Fun,or a nightmare?

Cor blimey! Just look at her go :o There was a clip of you doing a lap of honour, and the other eating your dust, and I thought to myself "fu*k!" And Pink sang it with me ;)

Gorgeous pony, and definitely fun. She reminds me very much of my daughters pony, she could be a nightmare but was pretty much unbeatable on a good day, and the good days by far outnumbered the bad. When daughter outgrew her she was ridden by a couple of local teenagers. PC instructors recognised her at rallies and said, oh just let her do what she wants, we know not to try and change he way of going.;) She is 22 now and semi retired, but still acts like a nutty 3 year old at times.:D

She looks fun ridden by you - but you are quite big on her, so stong enough to cope. I'd be wary of putting a smaller rider on her, or one that is not totally confident, as she could scare them to death! Hopefully she never throws in stops, or that would be a big no no with something that comes in that fast! I'm also a bit wary of that high head carriage. I know a lot of kids that would be great on her.

She's for sale isn't she? It depends how you're marketing her - not remotely a novice ride I hope! Also what price. It does limit your market with something that wizzy, but you ought to sell her. A lot of people would come to view something like that thinking that they were more capable than they thought, so thats probably whats happening. A child could be quite an experienced rider and still not able to cope with that pony...

Hope that you take this as cc - not ripping your pony to bits. She is lovely, but looks as though she needs a capable, brave rider. Hope that you find her a good home. (ps. I have a 16h version!)

Thankyou,She's advertised as a definate not novice ride, she knows her job but does need riding! But you still get these 'My son/daugter is a marvolous rider la la la and there really not, she's advertised at 2995. The pony has come through alot-i've had her for 2 years when i got her she was underweight, had been left in a field and had been beaten,so she wasn't ride-able and scared of humans, she's the freidliest litle thing ever now! She's never naughty, she's very boucny and forward but would'nt dream of bucking rearing ect,she really really looks after her rider too,she will only go to someone who is capable as i dont want anything happen to her as had in her past, she is a perfect little girl now and is my actual world so i'm not throwing her to the person who will jump her into the ground or drag her around, she's capable of doing alot more then i do with her but unfortunatly i'm to old,and fiding a small capable rider in my area is like finding a needle in a haystack!:)

Didn't realise she was for sale, ponies like that are hard to place, that is why we still have ours! The person we got her from had near enough rescued her and turned her into the superstar she was, but couldn't sell her, she is only 13hh and scared small riders (and particularly their parents). We had her on loan originally and were lucky enough to buy her for peanuts. Hope you have success in selling yours, if you do find it hard it might be worth considering loan with a view to buy so people can see she isn't as difficult as they think.

Fun reminds me of my first pony fast and furious i used to follow my dad on his racehorse my mum says she used to cover her eyes but i loved him.

Better a strong forward pony than a nappy one or a bucker we had one of those also you just need a good child rider or teenager small adult be patient, i find if you have to sell a horse be totally honest put off buyers you know deep down arent suitable it makes the process easier.

If you are patient the right person just comes along and if you wait for that it will make things alot easier good luck someone will come alomg who loves her, i would aim for a competant pc rider.

100% fun!......

i reallyyy wanted a 14.2 jumping pony (i ended up with a 15.1 potential dressage horse!)

i would love a pony tbh exactly like yours! :D

Would not want to be in a jump of against you! :D

She looks manageable though and just looks comfortable jumping at that pace so to the right jockey she'd be fun.

Big FUN !!!
What a fantastic little pony! its such a shame you are selling her because you make such a good team! I had a chestnut pony just like this, i had him for 16 yrs untill he was pts in sept 09. To me your pony is just my type, (im a small adult) but like someones already said, your gona find it hard to find a buyer who is small but capable enough of riding a pony like yours. I hope you do find someone good enough for her, she seems so eager to please bless her x

Thankyou,Shes not stupid. She's a ideal fun all round pony as she does sj,xc all pony club activitys but is never silly or stupid ridden or on the ground,my little cousins lead her about all over and brush her! And i ride real real proffesional in our jump offs-sit,stear,close my eyes and hope for the best! ;)

Definitely fun! I have a little mare like her!
Is she quite hard to sit to? Not meaning to be nasty but there are times where you seem to be bouncing on her back a little?

She is very very bouncy, but i try my hardest to pull down into her as much as i can to set her up as much as i possibly can for the next jump, she sometimes puts in random leaps and has huge flying changes too haha,i often watch her and think 'she doesnt look that bouncy!' but she really really is to ride! :)
