Fun rides

Can any one advise me on some fun rides that myself and a friend can do I can just about jump, but am really looking to get in to a few bits an bobs with my mare she did halton last year with her previous owner and my ambition is to do that in a yr or 2. I have never done anything like this before and don't no where to start looking for events

I'm not sure what area you are in but i know the Riding Diary website www.ridingdiary.co.uk often have details of sponsored rides and fun rides and you can search by area

Try local tack shops for a start; then you could try places like feed merchants as well? What about local Riding Clubs/Pony Club?

There has to be something happening in your area!

Try looking on the BHS website as well as i know quite a few rides round our way are run by them so i presume they must do them nationally. As above also look at local riding club websites and in your saddleries/ feed stores
