Funding withdrawn The Countryside and Rights of Way Act Deadline 2026

The Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 introduced a deadline of 2026 for the addition of unrecorded rights to the definitive map and resources were allocated to achieve the work.

Following withdrawal of those resources, the Ramblers’ Association have put a petition on the No.10 Downing Street's web site calling for repeal of the 2026 cut-off date.
