My sister's hunter Boots (Silverstream) at the hunter champs. She didn't notice that a friend was standing on Boots' head when she bought the photo!

Once you see the people in the background, and admittedly the man on Boot's head is good, the whole thing is ruined, lucky that it can be doctored.
