Funny sweat patches???

My horse has developed an area of slightly darker hair on the side of her flank. I noticed it looked a bit darker but then whenever she is stables, gets wet or sweats it seems to 'sweat' on that patch. I think it has coincided with me using Camrosa Ointment on a sarcoid on her udder but not sure if it is anything to do with this.

I'm sure i have read something on this sort of thing before but cant remember any details. The physio is coming later so will ask her but wondered if anyone on here had any ideas.

It doesnt seem to bother her and she is sound and as normal.

My mare gets this when she is in season, but only on one side and it never seems to bother her so i just leave it be.

It doesnt seem to bother her either, it will prob go away on its own, thanks

My mare gets that on just one side but i believe hers is due to an old injury that she had there
