Further to my long rant the other day . . RESULT!!!!!

With great despondency I phoned the stud today to ask (very nicely) if they could provide me with another covering certificate to replace the one lost in the post with all the paperwork to register Faith . . . . talk about timing . . . . . they were just about to phone me to tell me that the "lost" paperwork has turned up there. God only knows why it wasn't delivered to the AES or returned to me as my name and address is all over the stuff inside, but, hey, who cares? It's all turned up and I won't have to pay for another ID drawing or send another cheque. I will photocopy everything this time and I'm very seriously considering delivering it to the AES by hand, they're not that far away from me

NOW PHOTOCOPY EVERY SHEET BEFORE YOU TAKE IT THERE.................................
