well Crofton Manor was on Fri - Sun

Friday he jumped in the Newcomers jumped a lovely double clear (number 2) and was placed 3rd out of 75 people in the class - there was only 6 double clears and im very pleased as it was Pippa Funnel who beat him !! lots of top proffessionals at the show to so he was against some very good horses


He then jumped in the 1.25 B&C and just roled a pole

Saturday he was in the fox again and had a pole in the Fox (bad pony) then was entered into the winter Grade C Qualifier at 1.30m - well we went to watch and it was massive and really technical !! eeek

He jumped round making it look easy and just roled a pole at a huge oxer - lola decided to hold him off the corner as there was planks as the next fence and he got a little deep but he looked fab around it and made it look easy (as you can see) !!

Sunday - foxhunter again and jumped the best round ever and yes you got it came 3rd again !!!!! now im a little worried as he is starting to like these yellow rossettes a bit to much but really pleased as thats double clear number 3 - only one more to go before may so we should be fine !!!

he then jumped in the Winter B&C - this was 1.35m the biggest he has jumped and he was a little green around it and rolled the first fence of a double of uprights but he just needs to do a few more of these i think !!!

So yes a great weekend i am so so so proud of him xxx

yes Lola Wade now rides him - I think it is better to have a girl on him as i would say he is more of a lady horse (especially when i sell him) xx

nope hasnt been for about 2 months he only had him and his 4yo and Gadget now needed to go and jump so 1.30m etc xx also to sell him i think its nice to have him ridden by a girl if you know what i mean !! xx

yes he is but probably not till next year now xx im sure ill still have him in 5 years time x

I think if you want to sell him then a girl on board is a sensible idea too

me neither but very pleased - just one more fox double clear to get and he will now be doing some 1.30m to get his confidence !!

I dont have time to ride him and go out to shows every weekend - he would be wasted with me xx

there is an amatuer competition on though which is 1.20m and i dont think lola can do it so I might have a go !! may need to practise a bit first though as i havent ridden him in the ring for over a year !!!! eeek xx

certainly was !! was a lovely show though the tracks were very strong and technical which to be honest is a good thing !! they also make gadget think about what he needs to do !!

no didnt stay as had my friends birthday so went out and got really drunk instead xx

I must of seen you - well Gadget goes quite a lot as Lola isnt that far from you but for me it was like a 2 hour drive int he car !!

though you are holding an amatuers qualifier there soon arnt you so i may (that is a big MAY ) jump him in it as i dont think lola can do it !! xx

I think it depends where you go - that foxhunter was the class before a 1.35m and it was pretty big !!!

Wow, well done Gadget! I thought I recognised Lola on him the other week at Merrist Wood.

We went for the evening and it was a really good night, lots of excitement!
