Body fuming to say the least!
I leave work early today to get to yard for a visit from saddler, who over the years has done well out of me with saddles, tack, repairs and general checks.
I called him over a week ago to say that current saddle just ain't fitting anymore and woud really like like to treat my little mate to a bespoke saddle etc, cold hard cash waiting whatever the cost blah blah blah......
So he takes a week to call me to get a time in the diary to come out - should have thought on there to be honest! Tells me Monday at 5pm prompt - doesn't normally work Monday's but will do for me.....
5pm comes and goes - I call him - no answer - 6pm comes and goes as does 6:30 - still nothing !!
Does anyone know of good saddlers in the west yorkshire area - that want my money! Loosing the will to live on the matter!

Really pissed me off - feel like horsey world is ***** for customer services - why do these people think it ok just to "not turn up" !!
