Argh, have been taking the dog to a new park but he needs to go in the car to get there. He is sick every time (usually as we enter the car park, he can't wait 30 seconds more...

Any suggestions for travel sick dogs?!

Echo - ginger biscuit, my auntie swears by them. Also do lots of little and often trips to get him used to it. Sometimes it's just the way they are. My Bridget manages to go miles away in the pickup without being sick but she can't do the same in my people carrier.

Always travel on empty stomach

Ginger, as suggested, or mints, like polo,s, and someone once suggested placing cardboard under them, i.e in the boot or wherever they sit, when travelling.....not sure why or how, but remember it was suggested, also skull cap and valerian tablets may help, or dap collar, or crate to travel in, to lessen the motion.
