One of the JRTs has shoulder arthritis.
Is on Youmove, has been for ages

She can't handle previcox.

It is getting worse so before trying Librela, she is on Galliprant for a week initially. (Vet wants to make sure she doesn't have a reaction).

Those who have used Galliprant, how soon did you see an improvement? TIA.

I haven't used Youmove or any medication from the vet, tried our JRT who has hock arthritis on Riaflex Boswellia which works for her. She has gone from being crippled/on 3 legs, to happily running about within a week. It might be worth a try for your girl.

Galliprant worked straight away for my lurcher but have weaned her off it as she’s only three. She’s still on yumove. Interesting about the riaflex. Will look it up.

Riaflex definitely sounds worth a go!
I might just ditch the Youmove altogether now or just give it to her sister (have just had a delivery).

Have booked in for a Librela jab tomorrow as she's looking uncomfortable and Galliprant isn't making much difference.
