Not chunky at all.
You get what you pay for- theyre not soft and supple like more expensive bridles but they do the job and look smart. I've got a Gallop double bridle and use it a lot- it has stood up very well.
I got one a while back and it's fine but not yummy, if you get my drift and the leather seems a bit inconsistent in quality; one side of the noseband straps seems slightly flimsier than the other...
Still, it only cost me about 20 quid so I can't complain!
I would rather pay ab it more for a heritage one. I use my gallop one for lunging, the leather is quite poor quality (looks rough and wrinkled in places).
I just got one for pickle I really like it, obviously the leather quality isnt amazing but its still nice, pickle is simular size head to Beau if its for him so picture to give you an idea
