Gallops - Appleton, Nr Warrington

Does anyone know if the stables at Appleton (Burley Heyes Stables) still rent out their gallops ?
If so, does anyone use them, what are they like and is there a contact number ?

Sorry no idea, but I menally blast up them every time I drive up the M56 !! Thats quite often as the horses live just off junction 10!

I actually thought they belonged to Arley Moss - but now I've looked it up on the map it's clearly to far away !

it used to be Terry Caldwells place and I believe he used to rent them out. But I thought the place had been sold. Never ever seen any horses using it, but it always looks neatly harrowed.

I've got the details now - open almost anytime £10/horse, no time limit. Approx 1 mile round, right handed AW track.

Arley Moss has woodchip gallops that can be hired along with use of showjumps and a small selection of xc schooling fences for £10 per horse.

WoW Thanks!! Ive seen those gallops for years drove past them loads!! Thought they were derilect!! I will be going there to use them they look fab with some fences there too!!
