We leave a field safe headcolar on and she is much better, they have a relationship now, he loves that horse so much... Scare life out of me galloping down pitch being chased by 5 other horses!!!! But he loves it..

You definitely managed to find the right horse for him.
I'm glad you're getting on top of the catching problem - it's so frustrating when they give you the run around.
What make of fieldsafe headcollar do you have? I might need to invest in one for my little ratbag if she carries on being a madam.

Cottage one, it has Velcro on nose and head part, and a plastic clip under chin. Does make it better. She gives in quite easy now!!!! Those ones with rubber rings on joins are useless, had one and rings broke and its held together with bailer twine now!
