Is one of the stallions we are interested in using this year on our mare - we are first time breeders ourselves so the actual stud part is new but used to handling youngstock and deliveries.

quick question re Garuda K - looking at the stud card on Woodcroft Stud's website it appears that the mares have to go to Rosewood Stud to be inseminated - is that correct? Can we not order semen and have it couriered or collect it so AI'ing by our regular vet?

Bernadette said they would be able to collect off him this year as the stud is now getting a dummy mare. Best to email Woodcroft direct and check for sure
