GB to stay in the super league!

I have commented on this on the thread above it. this descision still has to be ratified and also as their expplaination for doing this really only refers to the Brits because belgium does not host a superleague show so does not need to raise funds etc, the italians have a good case for objecting and saying if there are concessions to be made, it should apply to them also as they host rome.
Still a complete mess and as well as the extra expense for all the host nations it also lessens their chances of winning when there are more teams competing. And it will make the Tv coverage longer so perhaps the FEI will need to apply the promotional league rule that only three nominated riders jump in the second round all scores to count, which the chefs in the promotional league hate with a vengance.
I still think this will rumble on a while longer, myself.
 
The rules are a dogs dinner as the FEI have effectively admitted and expensive law suits would follow any other proposal. Live TV would only need to be 10 mins longer if you assume only 8 teams go through to round 2 and only if both rounds are televised live which is not always the case. Highlights would be the same hotchpotch as now. Nice try by the Italians by the way.

I am pleased for both the Belgians and GB if it stays like this.
 
TO BE HONEST I SERIOUSLY WORRY ABOUT THE BRAIN POWER IN THE FEI.THIS IS ONE EXAMPLE,WHERE THE EVENTING CUP EVENTING CUP FINAL IS BEING HELD IS ANOTHER.I CANT IMAGINE WHAT THE SPONSORS THINK!IMAGINE HOLDING A FINAL AT A VENUE WHERE NO ONE WANTS TO GO..............IF THEY REALLY WANT TO PROMOTE IT PROPERLY SURLEY YOU SHOULD TRY TO HAVE THE FINAL AT A HIGH PROFILE CENTRAL VENUE.EVEN THE STUPIDIST PERSON WOULD SUSS THat
