I placed my order with GeeTac last week and it arrived in a couple of days but one short. I rang Saturday morning and left a message, got a very apologetic call back from Rob on Sunday evening and received the missing mask this morning.
The masks are 'off the face' ones with ears for which I paid £9.99, and have a fleece trim to stop rubbing. They fit brilliantly, stay off the face and absolutely no rubbing, they adjust really well with lots of scope for bigger/smaller. The horses have worn them 24/7 since last week and they have stayed in place really well. They have a loop to attach to a headcollar but I haven't used this as I don't ever turn out with a headcollar on. I was expecting to be spending lots of time searching for and refitting the masks but they haven't come off at all. They are also white so reflect the sun rather than soaking it up.
I feel I have to comment on the excellent customer service and what a lovely man Rob was, he has horses of his own and so knew/understood exactly what I was talking about. I will be ordering more masks from them but will also have a look at the rest of their range and become a regular customer, I love good customer service and it is almost impossible to find these days but these guys seem to fit thte bill!
