Late last year I purchased Two Geetac full neck rugs, within two weeks of use the first rug broke and water was coming in around the tail area, on contacting the suppliers ( off ebay) he told me to get it mended and he would refund the money but couldn't do anything right now because he was going away for 3 weeks, I said I would try the other rug and get back to him on his return. The same happened with the second rug. After he had come back from his travels he returned my call and said that I must have ordered the wrong size and that is why the stitching had broken......the stitching had not broken it had come undone and he had advise on size after I emailed him the measurements ! So beware anyone thinking of buying these rugs ! .......He is a very smart man and managed to run me out of time to take a case out on him through ebay or leave bad feedback, by giving me excuses and saying he was going away and would deal with it on his return.....this happened twice !!+ BEWARE
