Gel Eze or other saddle pads

Always very conscious for horse's back as I'm not exactly the lightest derriere around ! So am thinking of a nice pad to go under saddle cloth that might give poor coblet a more comfy feel. Thinking of a thinnish one, anyone got experience of the gel eze ?

they seem to have a clear one and then a different sort in white or black, with round blue "circles" in which can be on one or both sides depending on preference.
