gel or foam seatsaver?

After having new discs put into my spine I think I would benefit from a seatsaver. Does anyone use either gel or heather moffat seatbone saver? which would you recommend? many thanks

Never used HM but the gel seatsaver is the coumfiest thing my backside has ever touched.
