Gel Pads

Do you use these alone or do you use with another pad/numnah. Also which is best

By Gel Pad do you mean like a non - slip pad???

Does yours come with a cover over the pad because if not I would definitely use it between saddle and numnah to avoid sweating too much? I have a numnah which has a 'pocket' in it to take a gel pad (from Robinsons some years ago) which is handy too. Mine's an Equigel I think, haven't used it for years.

if you mean something like a prolite pad, then i would use it in between the saddle and a numnah
