Vet said not to worry if it swelled up to the size it was before, but any bigger I was to ring him, well it is quite swollen, but no bigger, but his sheath is also swollen, is this normal? or should I ring the vet?

Any advice appreciated, as will just ring the vet later if is still the same

Thanks

It's normal for the swelling to move forwards along his sheath and to the lowest point of his belly over the days following castration due to the effects of gravity, so I wouldn't worry. Walking him will help it to disperse.
