Gelding- only one testicle dropped

Hi,

I bred a colt a few years back he is now a 2 year old and has only dropped one testicle from what I have researched it is unlikely he will drop it now. As anyone had experience with this before and the cost of gelding in this situation.

Around £450 - £550 from my vets including the GA. it depended on if that testicle was inguinal or abdominal (more complicated)
