I have bought a (very sweet) new 5yo for my daughter from a UK stud but don't really understand her passport. Both her sire & her dam are Holsteiners but she just has a pink 'sportspferde' passport with a red back and a symbol on the front which looks like an arrow with a snake wrapped around it.

The passport has her family tree in it. Her sire has LP (and what looks like a string of statistics) next to his name and her dam has StPr,LP next to hers. What breed is she? And does anyone know what the letters mean?

Sounds like a Brandenburg passport. StPr means State Premium mare. Her parents are both registered Holsteiners and the foal was registered as a foal with another registry. Pink papers mean she's holds full WB papers.
