REALLY pleased with Genie!
She's much brighter, and her temperature is staying down despite now being down to one danilon. It's still a case of take it one day at a time, but we shall see. All being well her next challenge will be after the antibiotics finish tomorrow.
monkeybum13 came to visit today and took some photos of her in the school! Genie is loving being back in work and it's helping combat the risk of lymphangitis. Because her mouth is still very sore and the skin is very cracked she's in a headcollar (who needs a bit.. or a bridle for that matter!)
Some baby leg-yield
Thank you for the continuing vibes. Touch wood she will continue to improve although no turnout for another 2 weeks or so!
On that note, I'm off to the stables to do another temperature check! Poor pony!
