Geo Parker Saddles?

Does anyone know about saddles by Geo Parker. I have a dressage saddle to try on my youngster and have never heard of this make. I have a saddler coming out at the week-end for me to try some other saddles too and will see if this Geo Parker will fit the both of us. Was wondering how good they are and what they would compare with ie. Albion, Bates etc etc.

i had a toptani mk 11 jumping saddle which was made by parkers and i was so happy with it i bought a parker europa(a gp saddle but not so foward cut as the jumping saddle) for my other horse.....in my opinion, very good quality saddles...if you google parker saddles you will find them....
 
sorry dont have any contact now, it was many years ago and dont have the saddles now as horses that used them are not alive...my parker europa was too narrow for my current horse and i was gutted!!!!!

im pretty sure they were based in horsham, sussex and the phone no on the toptani website is 01403 which i have just checked and its horsham...so may be worth contacting them... my saddles were numbered, is yours?
 
My instructor has one, which I've ridden in and loved, and we also tried it on my horse when I was trying everything I could get my hands on to see which makes suited him, and it sat really nicely. Sadly hers wasn't for sale and I couldn't find one anywhere else, or I would have snapped it up - really liked it.
 
To give you an update - I called the 01403 number and the saddler there was most helpful.

I did find an 'M' on the stirrup bar although the saddle does look fairly wide looking.

I tried it on my youngster this afternoon but sadly its too narrow for him, but was so very impressed - it was so VERY comfy. A real shame.

It will be going back to my friend.

If anyones looking for a black 18" dressage its still available - but it currently needs 2 girth straps.
 
thanks for the update, my parker saddle was very comfortable for me and i was really upset that it didnt fit my new horse...i had it for a long time and sold it for the same amount that i paid for it so it was a really good buy...hope you find something for your horse soon..
