Hi, I've often wondered, so now I'm posting, what happened to my boy's full brother? He was a chestnut gelding, registered PBA, would be about 18/19yrs now and 14.2 ish.
His sire was Presto (reg pure bred arab) and dam Puddles (unreg Welsh mare) and breeder was E. Cannings (known as Digger) now deceased. Born in the West Berkshire area. Registered name Saint George, as he was born on St Georges' day.
If you do, I have some old photos of him as a yearling, and would love to know what happened to him.
I did hear a rumour he had been backed and was going really well, very chilled guy, but then something happened, he ended up at Reading sales, we heard there may be a back problem or problem when mounting but this was unconfirmed and not sure of the exact details. I was struggling to keep my own lad back then otherwise would have bought him. It's always bugged me what happened to him. Any news would be lovely. Thanks.
