She also got completly dumped by song for gull and scored 7
She is a good rider though
What I don't agree with is people entering the class below (which their horse isn't eligible for) HC and having a school around and then going in their proper class competively and then qualifing as they have already had a practice.
I know what you mean DieselDog but could say the same for me im taking Mac in the Intro and the PN granted not HC he is being competitive in both but then for the PN he would have had a warm up.
Im so excited!!
And I am cyncical to KatB!!!! I mean 1!! Thats like perfect
I think I will wear my BP as I like my colours!! And it goes with my hat silk colours! Sad I know!!
And im only not plaiting because im taking two and I dont plait my mum does and I feel out of order asking her to plait for this!! When there is a full season ahead of plaiting two!
She actually had a fence down so finished on 5.
It was a nice round but not perfect- for me she got behind the movement on the approach to every fence. Yes the horse went round with its head tucked in and she looked pretty but there was no great skill required.
As I said before- Laura Collet rode one round sat there looking pretty which came unstuck when her horse stopped twice and she still sat there doing nothing (she was nearly out the front door) plus it knocked 3 poles and she got a style mark of 10.
I'm sorry but thats unacceptable- the horse showed unwillingness and she proved ineffective.
I did JAS last year but as i'm a larger lady decided not to do it this year as felt looked down upon my horse went very calmly and in good rythm and having trained at huntley school of equitation my position is ok, so this year went to cricklands instead and used it as pre xc schooling! I may not fit into their mould but I still managed 7 runs , 7 placings and 3 of them wins last season! I just don't like that JAS stuff. It a case of if the face fits!!!!!!!!!!!!
You and me both T. I'm not very stylish at the best of times anyway and paying all that money to get criticised seems rather depressing. We did the Cricklands thing a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it, much more useful.
