I placed an order with them online a couple of days ago, after establishing by email that they would deliver to the UK and how much it would be.

I have paid the correct amount with my order (via PayPal) for shipping within Germany...but I want to pay them the rest to make up the difference to ship to the UK. They are now not responding to my emails asking how I can sort this out :confused:

Help?!

See this is what happens when you venture down the perilous slope of matchy matchy :o:mad:
 
I was thinking of buying from them as they seem to be the only place you can buy a platinum eskadron white dressage pad and I emailed them yesturday asking how much to deliver to the UK and they said 20 euros.

Think I will leave ordering from them now that you have said this and just wait till the new lot comes out hopefully soon!
 
I've bought Fig some new season HV Polo stuff from there - keep an eye on your paypal - they just sent me an invoice with no email notification. (Which may not be through any fault of theirs, just a language barrier!)

All arrived as expected and really quickly :)
 
Just checked my ebay history and i was lying ! .. I have bought several things from them .. never had a problem, so should not worry too much .. offer still stands to help contact if you hear nothing and get worried
