I have to work late one night this week, so I will get my horses stable ready before work and then YO just has to shut her in when they come in for the night and check shes ok.
Why do I get a horrible feeling of guilt/sadness on that one night when it gets to 5.30 and iv still got a couple hours left at work, that I should be there saying good night to her!!!!
She doesnt care!!! She will be fine, but I just feel that unless IV checked on her, its not the same :(
Its one night at the most every week or two, and I feel horrendous that Im not there to shut her in and check everythings ok.
I guess its such routine that I cant get myself out of it :)

GET A GRIP!!!!!

Haha...I'm just the same! I worked at a local cinema when I was at uni...I would finish at 1am the drive half hour past home to go see the horse before driving back home to bed

I had to work late one night last week, so OH had to go and tuck her in. He sent me a text/photo of her in her pj's - I felt so much better is he sweet or what?).

Don't suppose you can get your YO to do the same? - Only joking :D
