Big disappointment for me, because of lack of interest in my area and surrounding my freezemark appointment has had to be cancelled.

Please, if you are thinking about having your horses FM, give Mary at Freezemark.biz a call on 01295 690090 and hopefully enough will book so I can get my boy done. I am in Hampshire, so big pretty please to Hampshire and surrounding area forum members.

Get Farmkey out to do it.

I rang Freezemark.biz, got the same old chestnut that they always say "we're not in your area for a while, we'll ring you when more clients in your area".

Rang Farmkey, they came out within 2 weeks.

I am still waiting for Freezmark to let me know they are going to be in my area.

When was all this?

IMO, it's not acceptable and it's no way to run a business.
 
I have always used Farmkey - most I have ever had to wait was 5 weeks and that was due to the rush after the horse thefts and white van sightings last year.

Rang them about Farra's mark which I was not totally happy with and they were out within 2 weeks to redo it and also touched up Stinky's - he had grown a lot since originally done and 2 letters were not as clear as they used to be, both were done for no charge.

Always had good service from them.
 
I had freezemark do mine when living in Yorkshire but it didn't come out very well as it was a bald mark (very white piebald) I subsequently moved to scotland and tried to get them to come and re-do it with no joy for 2 YEARS. Farmkey came out to do my new boy and re-marked Chompy within 2 weeks.
 
Farmkey did my two on Wednesday and I only called last week! She was really professional and it was at my house so there were only 2 to do!
 
I don't like farmkey, and always use freezemark. rarely do I have to wait more than a few weeks - except for this time.
 
We've had both to our yard, and both of the people doing the markings were good. I favour Freezemark because their system gives more flexibility re choosing personalised marks. I only had to wait a couple of weeks for my last one, but she had done 11 in one day when she finally got to me!

I need to book to get Genie done, but am just outside Bristol so wouldn't help you much.
 
Yes, Fihunt suggested RCHI, thank you x Because I am worried FM are going to take so long I have booked with FK. I have reserved RC1H, which will show on his shoulder as RC on top line 1H on the bottom but when read clockwise reads RCH1 - hope I make sense.
