The lady that runs the yard where I keep my neddie told me tonight that she is going to have to give up the yard and look for somewhere smaller to rent/run
. She said she is ideally looking for a yard with at least 4 stables, grazing and use of a school so that me and another livery could join her if we wanted to.
I really dont want to lose this person as she is absolutly great but then I dont want to keep moving my girlie, we could all stay at present yard if it was'nt for the b*$*#*d that ownes it!!
When this lady told him that she couldnt afford the yard anymore as we have 4 empty stables he was really good about it telling her not to worry he would knock some money off the rent, well yesterday the rent was due so my friend paid him and he started shouting at her that he had changed his mind and that he wants the full rent its not his fault that there are 4 empty stables
.
So she told him that she will have to give it up and that he would have to get someone else in to rent it and she would just become a livery, to that he told her that as soon as she gives it up she will have to move her horses and find somewhere else
.
Im just worried now that she wont be able to find anywhere where we can all go together and ill be stuck down there by myself..
So if anyone knows anywhere like I mentioned in Surrey (farnham and surronding area) please let me know
