Getting a 'still' from You Tube

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a still photograph from a You Tube video clip.

If it is then please can you share the information with me

I know it's not strictly NL but it is to get a picture of one of my horses from a video I have taken.

You could pause the film and use the Print Screen button to copy what's on your screen. Then you can paste it into Paint and crop out the bits you don't want.
