Hi!
I've recently got back into riding - i'm 21, have just graduated from my BSc Zoology degree, and took a few years break from riding. I rode quite a lot when I was young, but hung back on any competing so that my little brother, who rode with RDA, could compete and not feel upstaged. In my last stables I was matched above my ability with big young or very spooky horses that knocked my confidence - that and university meant I let go of my passion for a while.
But i'm back! My very first session felt like I hadn't left the saddle Has anyone else felt like that?
And does anyone have any tips for building confidence in the saddle again?
Nice to meet you all!
