Whoo hoo not long and we will be setting off to Bramham, got tickets on friday.. getting excited which is a bit daft at my age, possibly I need to get out more......!!
I wish Ruth Edge, Chris King and Terry Boon were riding - saw Terry warming up a really dark bay with a stripe last year with THE most elevated movement I have seen for a long time I dont know who it was as it wasnt entered for anything, so must have just brought along to feel the atosphere etc. I have a video and will try to upload it.
Thankfully Bettina Hoy isnt there (not a fan sorry) every time I take a picture of her she is almost falling off or at the very least sooo in front of the movement, sigh. LOL... it is also very interesting that in 2 cross country analysis books she is being used to show what not to do!!
Hope the weather hold up - I know we ahve had some rain which will be a godsend after last years rock hard ground.
Usually go on the Friday and Saturday but this year also going for the Thursday, so I can see more of the dressage without child dragging me round the shops most of the day !! (plenty of time for that during breaks and at the end of dressage!! - try telling an 11 year old that with money buring a hole in her pocket!)
sorry bit of a self indulgent post but hey - smile!!
