Oh I am getting so excited now
22nd of october is our local Opening Meet just across my road. This will be my first time ever going out hunting .
I am originally from Germany and hunting was banned since 1934.
The only thing we have is more like a fun ride with dress code which we call "Fox hunt". And we chase a rider who has a Fox tail on his jacket.
No hounds or anything like it.
Anyway! I have prepared myself as much as I can with reading up on fantastic tips here, speaking to secretary and trying to convince someone from the yard to come with me (the only thing which wasn't fruitful ) and I am now getting really excited.
Any last minute tips
P.S.: My horse is an experienced "hunter" BUT I am new to it. Shall I use a green ribbon for me or is it solely for the horse?
