Getting hat strap fixed

Anyone know where I can get a hat strap fixed?

Stud popper has broken and needs removing and replacing.

Ingatestone (local saddlery) cannot do it - please help as it is my show hat!!

Call the manufacturer, they can send you one to match.
Im surprised Ingatestone cant replace a popper!!!

Any local saddler should be able to do it, it only takes the right peices and a 'press' machine!
