Looking for advice, I'm not happy with how the horses on my land are being cared for, sounds harsh as it's my daughters horses, but I feel they are getting underweight, they have escaped a few times and I just feel their a little neglected, I have spoken many times about my concerns, and after a year of fields not being rotated properly I have to take action for their welware as I'm ignored as "it's just mum moaning" she doesn't live here nor pay livery which I was happy with as long as they were cared for properly, which their not. My question is she's refusing to move them and says I can't move them off or demand it, is this right? Doesn't seem like that's fair when I have neighbours judging me because I have skinny horses on what's now a quagmire field?
