getting iodine off skin?

I've rather stupidly got covered in iodine, and despite scrubbing with soap and a nail brush my hands are still bright orange.

Any ideas?

Sorry no suggestions, but I spent 2 days last week with a nice iodine stained hand, took ages to come off! Good luck

I think you've just got to put up with looking like a passive smoker for a few days....

If you find a way I'd love to know! I'm forever coverd in the stuff

Hhhhmmmmm will be watching this post with interest but I get purple spray over me - hope someone gives us some good tips!

white spirit .... i know its bad on your skin drys it out but it works!!
