Ideas please, ive used vanish foam, not made a huge amount of difference just wondered if anyone got any great ideas please. thanks.

Professional cleaning is the only thing which will really get them out - I had the carpets of my last-but-one place professionally cleaned and he did a fantastic job, completely getting rid of horrendous stains (doncha love house training rescues....
)
Having said that, I hired a 'Rug Doctor' to clean the carpet of my last place and it did do a fairly reasonable job, although the carpet was worn and stained in places before I moved in. Landlords (letting agency) seemed very happy with it though

I use Ecover Delicate hand wash ( for clothes) . I used it in desperation one day and it is great .
