Getting rid of

Unwanted rugs, grubby but otherwise ok, mostly about 6ft 3" from memory and an unwanted saddle.Bought new and used maybe a dozen times.Not worried about money, just want to get rid.Don't want to have to parcel up anything.Live in Liverpool.Thanks.

What about WHW Penny Farm, that's not a huge distance from you and they may welcome some new rugs.

ETA: I take old stuff to Tack & Turnout in Bakewell and they buy it off me for a small amount then sell it on. That may be a little bit more of a journey for you though.

I hate selling stuff because of all the time wasters and packing things up and taking them to the PO. I recently took a load of rugs to RSPCA, i was happy for them to reuse them or sell them on

I advertised a job lot of very manky but useable rugs on a local facebook group, worked out less than £10 per rug, had loads of interest. If something is cheap enough, it will sell.

Usually equine charities accept rubbish rugs they sell them on for recycling and get a bit of money for them.
