Right - read a book last week and it basically said that you have to keep breaking down your "issues" so you get back to the root cause... what an interesting experiance that has been...
So now i know that being in an outdoor with a slope whilst on a lesson is my "trigger" - but quite how i get over this i dont know ! - why is this my reason - well both of my accidents occured when under instruction - being pushed to do a little more than i felt confident to do - note to self - should always listen to gut instinct and will do from now on - and both were in outdoor areans that had a bit of a slope to them !!
so come on folks how do i get over this lot - by the way had a fab lesson on Friday - but poor new instructor must think i am barking mad - as my breathing can be heard a mile away and i keep saying things when troting a circle like "weight, heel, back, breath, BEND , ohhhhhhhhh gooooodddddddd, phew " then i stop and we have to start all over again - so tell me instructors do you get fed up of proper cowards or do you feel a bit of sympathy ?
