GFS Fieldhouse Pro Extra show/working hunter saddle - what type of confo do they tend

As above really, as they are a showing saddle, do they tend to fit a range of conformations, or are they quite restricted?

Does anyone use one - what do you think? Do you use it for anything other than showing?
