Hi All!

I'm going to the GG Centre later this month to use the cross country course and wondered if anybody had been and what they thought of it? I've been to Escrick Park before and it was really good (there was a run of tyre jumps in one field that you could charge round and was buckets of fun!) so have high hopes for GG Centre too! Similar ambitions for their gallops and showjumping arenas!

Have Goggled (misspelt I know but habit to leave it as Word always wants to change it!) fence photos and have found nothing as I like to have a nosy at allpictures and gett giddy about the jumps before I go! :D

Well if you just want to go and jump logs, tyres and sheep feeders you will have a fab time. But not brilliant for XC schooling as such, no ditches, banks, water etc. Gallops are good, but the turns are quite sharp when you are travelling at speed!!!!!

Agree with the others, not the best for XC practice really, the GG centre's more for flatwork, jumping and fittening work I feel (ie the gallops). You may be better going to the Craven Country ride near Skipton for more of a XC course/practice
